Crisis Specialist
Department: CPEP
Hours: Per diem 0+ hours biweekly 16-12
Weekends: As needed
Requirements: This employee will need a Masters Degree in mental health field, QHP preferred, chemical dependency experience and /or credential preferred. Employee serves as a crisis evaluator and triage specialist on site at the Clifton Springs Emergency Department and in CPEP, and for mobile visit in a four-county area.

Requirements: Current licensure as a registered professional nurse from an accredited college or university. Excellent communication skills both in written and verbal format. At least 1 year experience in acute nursing required, 3 years in acute psychiatric nursing preferred.
Addictions Counselor
Department: Inpatient Addictions Recovery
Hours: Per diem 0+ hours biweekly 32-12
Hours: Per diem 0+ hours biweekly 17-12
Weekends: As Required
Requirements: This employee will functions as an essential member of the inpatient addictions treatment team, providing primary treatment/counseling to patients on this 35 bed unit. Addictions treatment experience required, CASAC strongly preferred. Strong affinity for work with individuals suffering co-occurring chemical dependency and mental health issue strongly preferred.
Addictions Counselor

Requirements: Current status as QHP required, CASAC certification preferred. 1-3 years experience in inpatient addiction recovery required. Experience in treating co-occurring disorders preferred or strong mental health background in addition to inpatient addictions treatment desired. If not certified must have sufficient education and experience to be eligible for certification within 1 year of hire. Current BLS certification and willingness/ability to be certified in behavior management within 90 days.

Department: Inpatient Behavioral Health

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field or 3+ years of experience in mental health service delivery, CPR, BMT within 90 days of hire.
Addiction Counselor
Department: Pal-Mac Behavioral Health

Requirements: CASAC certification required, minimum of Associates in Human Services or related field. Prefer candidate with a minimum of one year experience in chemical dependency treatment (Individual and Group Therapies). Must have experience working with Co-Occuring Disorders and/or Mental Disorders.

Requirements: Current NYS/DEA license (NP) and current CPR is required. Experience working in an inpatient setting (acute hospital and/or nursing facility) with experience caring for geriatric, rehab and ventilator dependent resident is preferred.
