FULL TIME POSITIONS
Unit Coordinator
Department: Nursing Home
Hours: Full-time 80 hours biweekly 83-12
Requirements: Minimum AAS in Business or Health Care related field preferred. Medicare, Medicaid, and HMO knowledge required, in addition to Medical Terminology and or Health Information experience. Working knowledge of Windows applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel. Prefer previous work experience in Long Term Care setting.
Systems Administrator
Department: Information Service
Hours: Full-time 80 hours biweekly 75-12
Weekends: None - On call as needed
Requirements: Previous IS Systems Administrator experience. Bachelors in Information Technology or related field of study preferred. Extensive knowledge of MS Operating Systems and current enterprise software with 5 years experience maintaining updates and backups required. Previous VMWare, Citrix XenApp/Xen Server, Wireless Thin AP/Controller (Aruba), Bridgehead ISB, Cisco switching/routing/VoIP, FC SAN (EMC), and open source (Linux) operating system experience will receive special consideration.
IS Analyst
Department: Information Service
Hours: Full time 80 hours biweekly 28-12
Weekends: On call as needed
Requirements: Associates degree in Information Technology required Bachelors preferred. Minimum of 3 years systems analyst experience preferred. Thorough understanding of current I.S. technology desired.
Staff Lymphedema Therapist
Department: Rehabilitation Services
Hours: Full time 80 hours biweekly 25-12
Weekends: Yes
Requirements: Current NYS licensed OT or PT. Certification in Lymphedema therapy required. Prior geriatric and acute care preferred.
Physical Therapist - Day
Department: Rehabilitation Services
Hours: Full time 80 hours biweekly 31-12
Weekends: Saturday Rotation
Requirements: Current NYS licensed Physical Therapist.
Licensed Acupuncturist
Department: The Springs
Hours: Full time 80 hours biweekly 56-12
Weekends: Maybe 1-2 Saturdays per month
Requirements: Graduate of accredited Acupuncture/Oriental Medicine Program and holds a valid NYS license in Acupuncture. Prefer 1-2 years experience as L.Ac. Experience in business/management/marketing preferred.

Hours: Full time 80 hours biweekly 40-12
Weekends: As needed
Requirements: AAS in Electronic Engineering Technology and at lest three years of related experience; knowledge of pneumatics, mechanics, hydraulics, electronics, general chemistry and physiology.
PART- TIME POSITIONS
Ultrasound Technologist
Department: Ultrasound
Hours: Per diem 0 hours biweekly 03-12
Weekends: None
Requirements: Graduate from an AIUM approved Ultrasound program. Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers eligible, pass RDMS within one year of hire. One year clinical experience required. Provide On-Call coverage required.
Massage Therapist
Department: The Springs
Hours: Per diem 0+ hours biweekly 01-12
Weekends: Occasional Saturdays
Requirements: NYS Massage Therapist license. Preferences: One + years of experience; knowledge of medical terminology. Experience with hot stone body treatments and deep tissue massage preferred.
Phlebotomist - Evening
Department: Laboratory
Hours: Full time 80 hours biweekly 88-12
Weekends: As needed
Requirements: Must have high school diploma or GED. Must be able to move about the laboratory readily to perform job functions. Long hours of standing, walking and bending at the waist for extended periods of time required.
Dietary Aide
